Welcome to Moyns Park Organics
– the seasonal organic vegetable box of choice –
Moyns Park Organics is a market garden, located in the upper Stour valley on the Essex/Suffolk border, and is based in the old kitchen garden on the historic and beautiful Moyns Park Estate. From there, using growing methods that respect the soil and the natural environment, a wide range of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fruit are grown year-round, to supply a home delivered veg box scheme and regular Farmers’ Market stalls.
The vegetable boxes delivered by Moyns Park Organics are unlike many others, in that customers can select the contents of their box from a regularly updated availability list. For the adventurous there is an option to select a ‘standard box’ – if you don’t mind the odd surprise, or if you just want to test your culinary skills. Choice also extends to the regularity that you order; there is no obligation to take a box every week, just as and when you would like one.
Our Soil Association certificate
We grow as much of the produce that goes into the boxes that we can on our 2 acres, however, particularly during the lean months of winter we source some crops from other certified organic farms in East Anglia to supplement our own production.”

One doth not a summer make, but I was delighted to see my first Swallow of the year this afternoon flying just behind the cottage. Confused? It will be tomorrow when the temperature plunges to 6° during the day, and sub zero overnight, it will wish that it had delayed...
“Organic farming appealed to me because it involved searching for and discovering nature’s pathways, as opposed to the formulaic approach of chemical farming. The appeal of organic farming is boundless; this mountain has no top, this river has no end.”
